CLARICE CLIFF, a rare opportunity here, one of the earliest and heavily decorated examples of the wonderful AUTUMN CROCUS pattern on a super Athens shape cup and saucer from the late 1920’s with the early hand-painted ‘green’ Crocus back-stamp.

No chips, cracks or repairs, just some minor paint flecks as pictured, but just look at the HUGE flower-heads and the rich and deeply drippy honey-glaze too, just sublime.
