CLARICE CLIFF, an incredibly RARE example here, a truly amazing and huge STAMFORD shape jug, often used as a HOT WATER pot in a tea for six or tea for twelve service and these rarities were also sold originally as the LEMONADE jug from a lemonade and beaker set......and very few examples are seen or even remain today.

This one measures an impressive 5” plus tall and over 6” from handle to spout and is a match to the other extremely rare item being listed on our website....the Extra Large Stamford Tea for Six teapot plus the 4” Stamford shape milk jug also from the same original service.

I have pictured this wonderful piece to show its size with a small salt pot in Crocus, which is not included in this listing and can be found separately on our website.

In superb and original condition, the only thing to mention is the tiniest stress mark at the bottom base of the handle on one side which doesn’t go through to the interior and is commonplace with this shape of jug/teapot/handle, (see the final picture).
