CLARICE CLIFF, an incredibly rare Conical shape tête-à-tête or tea for two service, a really early example with the desirable hand-painted ‘green’ back-stamp and the wonderful rich and deep honey glaze background plus huge Crocus flower-heads.

Dating to the late 1920’s/early 1930’s, this set is in super condition with the first period, solid conical handles on the cups and the wonderful almost miniature conical four footed milk and sugar...... there are just two mini rim nicks to mention, one on the milk jug and one on one of the cups, which I have pictured for you to see.

The conical shape Crocus tea for two teapots hardly ever appear and this is the first complete and perfect “early” teapot that we have ever been able to offer for sale.
